If you have not shown up within 10 minutes your appointment may be cancelled automatically and a 50% fee will be charged. NO SHOW appointments or any appointments cancelled within the 1 day prior to your scheduled appointment (Treatment) or 2 days prior to your Course date, will result in a cancellation/no show fee of 50% of total booking price.
